Field of Valor 2020
Hello Key Clubbers!
Covina Rotary will be hosting the ninth annual Field of Valor in the City of Covina. This event is to honor the men and women that have served in the armed forces. Covina Rotary, in collaboration with the Veterans Administration, local law enforcement, and community support, has taken six homeless Veterans from under their tents in Azusa Canyon, and placed them into housing. They remain in housing and are productive members of our society today. In addition, we have helped over 450 Veterans stay in their homes, and have paid rent, utilities, and various other bills on their behalf. (For more information: http://covinafieldofvalor.org)
As a volunteer, you will be helping to guide visitors to the flags and also help with other various tasks.
